HustleHub

How does HustleHub work?

HustleHub helps students find products and services from businesses in their campus community. The marketplace connects buyers and sellers; sellers fulfil their own orders.

How to buy on HustleHub

  1. Create an account and choose your campus to explore the available listings.
  2. Open a listing and read the price, description, availability and store details.
  3. Contact the seller or submit an order request through the app. Confirm availability, the full price, and the collection or service arrangements.
  4. Arrange payment directly with the seller. Prefer payment on collection after inspecting a product where possible.
  5. Keep your order reference and messages. Use the order page to follow updates and confirm receipt when you have received your purchase.

Does HustleHub take payment for purchases?

No. Buyer payments are arranged directly with sellers. HustleHub does not hold those payments or guarantee refunds. Seller subscriptions are separate from purchases.

What do verification badges mean?

Identity, student status and contact badges show which checks have been completed. Checks can expire and do not guarantee that every order will be fulfilled. Read the safety guide for what each badge means.

What if something goes wrong?

Use the Report option on a listing, store or order and keep your receipts and messages. You can also contact HustleHub support. Do not put identity documents, passwords or banking credentials into a report.

Can I sell my own products or services?

Student sellers can apply for a store and complete verification and approval. See seller requirements and subscription pricing.
